My name is Zack, and my passion lies in the process, each step, each technique, and each flavor. Even better if I can share the secrets of that process with others. When I’m not in the kitchen, I’m exploring nature through hiking, camping, and photography, experiences that influence my approach to food: honest, grounded, and beautiful.
